inna-Mindscape: Sound-Paths for the Soul

Dedicated to The Original Quiet and The Eternal Sound: inna-Mindscape is a multi-layered sonic exploration that transforms the Southnord space into a live conversation between sound, thought, and presence. Created by inna.most (aka Marque Gilmore), this activation blends rhythmic performance, ambient soundscapes, and audience participation into an evolving sonic experience.

Through live improvisation, field recordings, and real-time sampling, inna-Mindscape responds to the reflections of attendees—both spoken and written—incorporating them into an unfolding soundscape. Voices and thoughts become part of the composition, shifting between digital and analog realms, weaving together rhythm, memory, and collective resonance. With binaural beats, ambient textures, and live percussive elements, inna-Mindscape invites deep listening, offering a space where sound is heard and felt. Whether you choose to contribute, observe, or simply immerse yourself, this activation is an invitation to experience sonic dialogue in motion.

inna.most aka Marque Gilmore (b. 1966) is an internationally acclaimed drummer, percussionist, and a pioneering force in live electronic music. A founding member of the Black Rock Coalition, Gilmore has collaborated with artists like Sting and earned Grammy nominations for his production work with Cuban pianist Omar Sosa.  Beyond performance, Gilmore channels music into social impact. His 2023 album JUNGLIST BREAKS vs. HUMAN MISTAKES, Volume 1 funded a water well project in Maasai territory, Tanzania.
